Not always. Most facial sessions can be booked directly. We do recommend the free thirty-minute consult for first-time visitors — it lets us read your skin properly and pick the right protocol the first time.
HydraFacial and Acne Treatment run about 60 minutes. Anti-Aging Facial is 75. Oxygen Facial is 60. Dermaplaning is 45. LED Facial is the quick one at 30. First visits need an extra 10–15 for paperwork.
Most of our protocols have no downtime — you can walk out and back into your day. A little pink flush is common after exfoliating treatments and usually settles within a few hours.
Yes. Every protocol can be dialled for reactive skin, and we read your barrier before every session. If something isn't suited to you on the day, we'll swap it or reschedule — no pressure to proceed.
For most skin goals, every four to six weeks works. Your practitioner will write a cadence around what you're trying to achieve — slower for maintenance, tighter if you're actively clearing something.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment. Cancellations closer than that may incur a fee, and no-shows are charged the full treatment cost. We understand things happen — just reach out.
