We ship all skincare products within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

In-Store Pickup

Orders can also be picked up in person at our Cherokee location at no additional cost. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours.

Returns

We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return
• For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Vitalitea.casino@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
